Kim 'The Woolfmeister' Woolf is a qualified Fitness Instructor and has been teaching classes for over 20 years in gyms, local authorites
and private gyms such as Virgin, David Lloyd, Atheneum and more.
Kim constantly keep upto date of what is happening in the fitness industry and is always updating her skills and learning new techniques to bring you the very best. The classes are created to be fun group workouts, in both body and shape, weight loss and confidence.

I never enjoyed gyms, I wasn't into the glammed up sterotypical thong wearing gym bunnies, I wanted to make fitness classes fun, friendly and achieveable. For people who wanted to get fit but not have to pay a year tie in for membership. I have always marketed my classes to people who are gym shy but want to get fit and have fun.
I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE FITNESS! I know the feeling of being physically on top form, it brings you so much confidence and easier to deal with things that life throws at us. I also know what it's like when you hit rock bottom and lose all your fitness. After having pneumonia in 2016 that's where I found myself, I couldnt believe how unfit I became in such a short time, and really how hard it is to start building yourself back up The doctors told me it would be 6 months before I was right, and they were so true, I wasnt even right then. I had started to feel better but I was left with a niggling cough and so unfit, I piled on the weight and I had gone from teaching 22 classes a week, to not even being able to teach a full 1 hour class. I was at a cross roads, I knew I had to get myself better and build up my fitness. In my time away from teaching it gave me time to reflect and to start putting myself, health and well being first.
I PACKED UP AND MOVED TO SPAIN, within 4 months my cough had gone, then I started to build my fitness up and teach a small amount of classes per week, and then, this year I attacked the weight!!
