Why are these diets not working? Why does our life have to be a constant deprivation of nice food to achieve any results? (I know I have been on this rollercoaster for 30 Years!) We all know what we should and shouldn’t eat, or do we?...It’s not a One size fits all, we are all different, SW may work for some WW may work for others, but what if they don’t!!!...

Over this past year, I have been learning about this, and now I’m a qualified Kick Start Fat Loss, Health & Wellbeing Coach and I’m going to share with you over a 4 week period, in class about mindset. Learning what works for YOU, Being the best YOU can be and more! By following this program I’m now 2.5 stone lighter than I was last year. My brain fog has gone, I have learnt what gives me the bloat and how to address it and lots of other good things that have turned my life around.

How does it work?

It's a 4 week plan with maximum results! After 4 weeks you can sign up for another 4 weeks, then it rolls every 4 weeks, to help you achieve your goals. Even if your goals change, whether it's still weight loss, or if you want to achieve more fitness, change your body shape, at 12 weeks I’m sure you'll be so pleased with your body change.

Even if you go on holiday, go back to the UK etc, you can address these things online with me, in our own closed Facebook group. Here we will share food lists, recipes, advice, mentoring and Facebook LIVES. So although you pay for 4 weekly sessions, you have back up and support 24/7

So what's planned for the first 4 weeks?

Week 1 - Detox and De Bloat

Rapid Fat loss and protocol for 14 days, focus on food quality, reducing inflammation and bloating, weight loss, improving fitness and vitality levels.

Week 2 - Weight Loss & Wellness

Focus on increased weight loss, stress reduction, hormone balance and SLEEP.

Week 3 - Midsection Meltdown

Focus on midsection gut health, digestion, mid section weight gain

Week 4 - Personalised Nutrition for Weight Loss and Wellness

Focus weight loss, food behaviours, emotional stress, stress eating, boredom eating.
How to create your personal nutrition plan for the week.
How to fit in a healthy nutrition plan with your lifestyle, family commitments, work, travel, social life and still lose weight and thrive.

Over the 4 weeks we will touch on Kineogenic, Gluten, Macros, IF and Wiggle room

Do I need to exercise?

You don't have to exercise with this plan, but we have some fab classes starting that do complement this, whether at the gym with me in Monserrat or Online with me.
